Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree that you have accepted these terms.
1 Definitions and Introduction
In this document, "jeetbuzz", "platform", "we" or "our" refers to the jeetbuzz website and its associated services. "You", "user" or "member" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.
"Services" refers to the online casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other entertainment betting services available on jeetbuzz.
"Account" refers to the personal profile created through registration on the platform, through which services can be accessed.
"Wager" or "bet" refers to a financial stake placed on the outcome of a specific event or game.
"Balance" refers to the total amount of funds currently held in a member's account, which may include both deposited funds and bonuses.
2 Membership and Account Creation
2.1 Registration Requirements
To create an account on jeetbuzz, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
- Each person may operate only one account.
- If the information provided at registration changes at any point, it is the member's responsibility to update it.
2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
If the same person creates multiple accounts, jeetbuzz reserves the right to cancel them. Any winnings or bonuses obtained through multiple accounts may be forfeited.
2.3 Identity Verification
The platform may verify a member's identity at any time. This process may require a national ID card, birth certificate, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete.
3 Age Verification and Protection of Minors
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If it is established at any point that a member is underage, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.
A note to guardians: please take the necessary steps to ensure that minors in your household cannot access this platform.
4 Account Security and Password
It is your own responsibility to keep your account secure. Never share your login details (username and password) with any third party.
- Use a strong password that includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Always log out after using an unfamiliar device or a public network.
- If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
- Change your password regularly.
jeetbuzz will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access if the member shared their login details or failed to take reasonable precautions.
5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
5.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on jeetbuzz is ৳300. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or Islami Bank can be used.
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account quickly. If a deposit fails for any reason, please contact the support team via 24/7 live chat.
5.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
A member's identity verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals may be held until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
5.3 Transaction Records
The history of all deposits and withdrawals is stored in the account panel. If there is an issue with any transaction, the support team must be notified within 48 hours.
6 Bonus and Promotion Terms
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, wagering of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed. Example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and wagering of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 is required before withdrawal.
6.2 Other Promotions
jeetbuzz regularly runs various promotions, such as weekly reload bonuses, slot specials, cricket festival bonuses, and birthday gifts. Each promotion has its own terms, which are stated on the relevant page.
6.3 General Bonus Rules
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
- Once a bonus has been claimed it cannot be cancelled, however the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
- If a member is suspected of bonus fraud, the account may be suspended for investigation.
- When a promotion expires, any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled.
7 Betting Rules
7.1 Placing Bets
Before placing a bet, make sure your account has sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless the rules of the specific game or betting section allow for cancellation.
7.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement
If a sports event is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded or settled according to the applicable rules. If a round is cancelled in a live casino game due to a technical issue, the bet stake will be returned.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets
Each game or betting section has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated on that game or section's page.
7.4 Technical Issues
If a game or bet is affected by a technical issue or network disruption on the platform, jeetbuzz will investigate the situation and communicate its decision.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetbuzz platform:
- Creating an account with false information or concealing your identity.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
- Attempting to steal or access another member's account details.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Harassing other members or behaving improperly in live chat.
- Selling or transferring an account to a third party.
If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Actions by jeetbuzz
jeetbuzz may temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:
- If there is suspicion of a breach of the Terms.
- If identity verification cannot be completed.
- If there is suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- Due to a court order or government directive.
9.2 Account Closure by the Member
If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the support team. Withdraw your balance before closing the account. The ability to reactivate a closed account is at jeetbuzz's discretion.
10 Responsible Gaming
jeetbuzz believes that betting is a form of entertainment and is committed to responsible gaming to ensure it does not become a problem for anyone. Betting addiction is a serious issue and the platform supports members in addressing it.
